Alexandre Villares
Help! Is it possible to Set Attribute Defaults with VS? I would like to make a script that sets the 5 Preferred Line Thicknesses, but I'm afraid it's some sort of application preference I can't reach by means of VS. Wish: Why don't templates keep the preferred line thicknesses? Quote Link to comment

Guest
Procedure PenSize sets the active line weight for the document. You are right in that you cannot currently set the line thickness slots in the Attributes palette. Why not create your own customized line thickness palette with a document palette and a series of vectorscript commands? Might even incorporate other attributes such as line color and dash style into each command, to save a lot of clicking in the Attrs palette. This custom Attrs document palette could then be saved in your template. hth... [ 07-11-2002: Message edited by: fbrault ] Quote Link to comment
