I'm trying to create a new letter size sheet layer in 2025 (just installed update 4) and it's forcing some kind of generic print margins onto the page. One side (in landscape mode) is wider than the other. If I try to publish the page to pdf, it cuts off the content. If I try to print directly from VW, it prints the page as 4 pages with 3 of them basically blank. I've tried creating custom sizes with no margins, but it still breaks the page based on these unknown margins. Never had this problem before.
It may be worth noting that my college is on a campus wide printer system, so unlike at home, where I see my specific printer with its settings, at work I only get mc-copier in the Printers dialogue which does not connect to any specific printer or show any specific settings.

Would love help working around this.
Thanks in advance.
