Make 'Class Filters Manager' dialog accessible from Navigation palette

Tom W.

Question

We should be able to edit class filters from the Navigation palette.

When you click on the 'Filter' pop-up, 'Manage Filters...' should be an option underneath 'New Filter':

Or even better, we should be able to right-click on the filter name in the list below + have an 'Edit Filter...' option.

Right now, you have to open the 'Organization' palette + click on the 'Manage Filters...' button there. This is too many steps. You should be able to view the filter definition for a given filter a lot more quickly.

This is of course in addition to all the other improvements needed to Class Filters...
