I am having issues with several projects that I am saving up from VW11 to VW12. I have come across several files that I need to update a reference link in a VW12 file that is linked to a VW11 drawing. I understand saving up the old doc to current format and do that often. However, there are many times when I want to simply repath the old file to a newer version of the doc that might be in a different location. When I try to go into the Update option in the WGR window, I get the warning that I need to save up the old linked file. It would be great if that warning window could be accompanied by an option button to repath the file to a current version. For whatever reason, I no longer get the warning message about repathing when I open the file. I really prefer not having this initial warning message, but I still need a way to get in and repath.
