I have a file with a GIS reference image tile of known size 1000m x 1000m. When I open the file on a PC and update the reference path the image is at the wrong scale which I can tell by the object info palette. I need to update the object dimensions each time the file is opened on a different operating system even when nothing else in the file changes. I suspect that there is a bug in converting the pixels resolution between mac and pc. the difference is 75% smaller on the pc which happens to equal 72 pixel default on a mac versus 96 pixel on pc. Is there something in settings that corrects this or is it a bug?
