We often use a callout with two or more pointer lines coming off of it to indicate similar items. We always throw an extra line with an arrowhead next to the callout. This isn't a major flaw or problem, but it would be nice to have the option as a control in the OIP to select a number of leaders for the callout tool. 2-4 would probably be all I ever need.
