OIP > Spotlight Preferences Data Missing

Hello, 

 

I'm hoping someone can give me some advice on this issue:

In the OIP, the type-in portion is missing from underneath the "custom plan rotation" field.

This issue seems to be particular to a set of older templates in my library. This is not an issue for new, blank documents. 

As these templates are used across our company and contain legacy info etc etc, I'm hoping there is a way to fix this issue without resetting or creating new templates.

I can not replicate the issue.
The edit field should automatically be added to the OIP when the option is checked in the OIP.

What happens if you switch back to the Spotlight Defaults in the template file? Does it correct the issue?
