When importing layers from another file, and clicking 'Import Layer Objects' it would be hugely useful if there was an option to import Storey and Storey Levels, with or without Layer Objects.

At least for now there is still that Marionette that is able to import Stories/Levels, a bit cumbersome though.

And it does not help much as long it is so tedious to change/adapt Level positions. It might be best to delete any Stories except on, before you try to adjust any given Levels ......

 

I have a basic Story+Level System in my File Templates.

 

And it would be also ultimately helpful, when exchanging Objects between Layers of different Layer height, when there would be an option to decide whether or not to correct or ignore the Layer height's delta.

Like when importing an IFC that has Story definitions - but all Layers are at 0.00 and you would like bring that to a VW Story setup - without the need to Z-relocate each Story's content one by one ....

(But I say this since VW 2014 ...)

it would be great to be able to import stories and levels from a library or template file, it wold save a lot of time.
