spettitt
Hello, I'm trying to achieve the below in a title block border - the first 2 chars of the Suitability Status. I believe I need to use the #WS_ worksheet formula to let me access the LEFT function, but no combination I try seems to return a value. Can someone please confirm the correct syntax. Thanks Quote Link to comment
Pat Stanford
You need the other # after the last parentheses Quote Link to comment

I assumed worksheet formulas weren't allowed in TBBs but perhaps I got something wrong... Quote Link to comment
Pat Stanford
Reading to quickly. Sorry about that. Yes, Title Blocks do not appear to be able to use Worksheet formatting. I think you may be able to accomplish this by adding an extra field to the Sheet Data and then using the Data Manager to store the short value. But I have not made it work yet and need to get back to real work. Quote Link to comment
Vectorworks, Inc Employee Nikolay Zhelyazkov Posted January 21 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted January 21 Hello all, Yes, the Title Block Border uses its own syntax and formulas. I will add this thread as another vote to the wish to have the TBB support data tag/worksheet syntax. Best Regards, Nikolay Zhelyazkov 4 Quote Link to comment
