Registering and Re-activating Lifetime License After Some Years of Non-Use.

I have a lifetime license for Vectorworks Designer+Renderworks Version 2019, SP2, New Zealand variant, originally purchased from and supported by MegaBits, NZ.

I have not used the software for a number of years, and now wish to. I have done a fresh install on a new Laptop (Huion Kamvas Studio 16, Windows 11 Pro 64 bit) and entered my license number, but the software will not register, nor activate. No error messages appear but the software closes, apparently during updating my Resource Folder.

Megabits is no longer supporting my account. How do I get my lifetime license running again, please?

I would try to use the VW installer in administrator mode.
