Resources Library Issue

Hi All. 

I keep on loosing my resources, For some reason after a while the resources wont download anymore. The last time I had to remove everything vectorworks related from my pc and re install to get them back, After that I downloaded all the Resources and a week later I have the same issue again, 

I dont know why this keep happening and how to solve it so it does not happen again,
