Basic Palette Missing!!!

Hi, I have installed the educational version of VW 2025 and the basic palette is missing completly. It doesn't even show in the Window > Palettes menu. 

Very hard to work without it. Please help!!

The basic tool palette is there, top left. In menu, it’s the tool sets.

In my commercial version of VW2025 (Designer) I just switched to the Fundamentals workspace and it looked like you want it to with the separate Basic tool palette.

 

If you go to the Tools menu:Workspaces and select Workspaces....  Where does it say the location of the workspace you have selected is?  If it is in your user folder, then it has been customized.  Pick the one from the Applications folder and you should have the absolute stock version.

Thank you for your answers. I do not have the basic palette available, in any of my workspaces on the application folder. @Jonathan Pickup's solution to making my own similar palette kind of worked but still baffled as to why it would be missing completely.
