PeanutRigs
I'm changing all my Top Hook heights and it's generating a ton of dead hang bridles that I didn't ask for. For the life of me I can't figure out how to disable bridles being automatically placed. Any one know where the probably super obvious button is at for that? Quote Link to comment
Vectorworks, Inc Employee Scott C. Parker Posted December 30, 2024 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted December 30, 2024 I’m not sure there’s a way to turn that off and I’m away from my computer. However, when the chain of the hoist you’re working with is not long enough to achieve the height being specified, a bridal is inserted. If you edit the hoist record and the chain length to be long enough, it shouldn’t insert the top bridal. 1 Quote Link to comment
Peter Telleman
From my understanding if the height exceeds the maximum chain length of the hoist symbol, it adds a straight bridle to get to the desired height. If it's not that I would not have a clue, but that is the reason it happened to me earlier. Quote Link to comment
