Vectorworks 2025 3d Model/ Light plot not working in Vision PreViz

Hello, 

 

I'm still newer to VWX and Vision and I'm learning as I go along but this is something Im currently struggling with... having VWX and Vision 2025 talk to each other. 

 

Right now when I "Send to Vision" from VWX, my stage and grid transfer over perfectly, however my light fixtures are placed in positions hundreds of feet above and away from their plotted position. 

 

Below I've attached photos of what happens in Vision. The blob at the bottom is the stage and the white outline(s) above is where the fixtures end up. I've also attached a photo in 3D  VWX of where the lights should be in the space. 

 

I understand that both programs likely have a few bug fixes on the way but I still want to make sure IM not plugging anything in wrong.

I had the same issue recently and resolved it by adjusting the scale of my drawing in VWX and re-exporting to Vision. In the top right corner of VWX, to the left of the Settings icon should be a ruler and scale measurement. It looks like you're drawing in quarter inch, if you change that to 1:1 it should work out.

Scale should not matter, unless you are using a legacy setting that allows for viewing design layers at differing layer scales at the same time.
If you have a sample of the document that was "fixed" by changing layer sales can you please post it or send me a DM with the file.
