I can do all that for you!

 

I'm NYC based Vectorworks user and trainer. I assemble complete filing sets for the New York City Department of Buildings (DoB) submissions. 

Here in NY, there are separate sets for Construction (with Zoning and Building information), Electrical Plans (with Energy Use Analysis), Plumbing and MEP/HVAC Plans.

Elsewhere, that's probably just one set. 

 

For a complete construction set, I'll add whatever details and more specifics to the filing drawings that are necessary to complete the project.

I can easily tailor a drawing set for your specific project and needs. with as much detail as is necessary.
