grant_PD
I never use the sheet outline in the design view, since all of my sheets are in viewports now. I'd like to be able to turn it off. Also, It's frustrating the grid is only apparent inside the sheet outline in a design layer. Why not make the grid available to the rest of the layer? Quote Link to comment
0 CipesDesign
Hi Grant, Your first wish has already been granted (in version 11.5): Go to MENU>PAGE>SET PRINT AREA and deselect the "show page boundary" checkbox. Oh and BTW, when you deselect it, your second wish will be granted. Check it out :-) Edit for clarity: in order to execute the above sequence you will need to be in a Design Layer (the show page boundary box does not apply to, or exist for, Sheet Layers)...pc [ 05-13-2005, 01:16 AM: Message edited by: CipesDesign ] Quote Link to comment
0 C. Andrew Dunning
Try this script to make your wish even easier to toggle... Procedure TogglePref; VAR PrefID:INTEGER; PrefStatus:BOOLEAN; BEGIN PrefID := 49; PrefStatus := GetPref(PrefID); SetPref(PrefID, NOT PrefStatus); Layer(GetLName(ActLayer)); {succeeds where ReDrawAll fails ****} END; Run(TogglePref); Quote Link to comment
