iBkickinit
I came from Sketchup where I could select an object, click a single axis, and enter a specific dimension to scale that axis to. I see the Scale Objects tool, and Symmetric by distance - but no equivalent for assymetric... Is there any alternative to 'Scale by factor'? Quote Link to comment
Jonathan Pickup
what about the command Scale Objects...? (from the Modify menu) 1 Quote Link to comment

Jonathan Pickup
ah, i see, but if you input: size it should be/size you measured by inputting the dimensions, Vectorworks will calculate the factor. Quote Link to comment
line-weight
The "by distance" option where you can do it by directly clicking on points on the drawing is very handy though; saves a lot of steps. Quote Link to comment
