Ben3B
Hello Is a way to make invisible that cross ? it appear only in wireframe (or in shaded when the truss is selected ) This is not a problem when drawing but it is a problem in graphic legend, because, if no mistake, we cant put that cross in a specific class, then I can't make it invisible in graphic legend by filter by class :( I found a topic on it but seems to be about a mac bug ... https://forum.vectorworks.net/index.php?/topic/97350-truss-with-mysterious-red-crosses/#comment-434189 Thanx ! markdd
The answer is yes. Those cross shaped markers take their attributes from the class that the truss object is assigned to. So for instance if the truss is assigned to the None class, then whatever pen attributes are assigned to the class will be shown here. I typically assign all my trusses to a class named Rigging-0. This is what I call a container class and is only used for visibility. It has all its pen attributes set to none. (You may need to ensure that the Truss objects have inherited the attributes of the class by using the attributes palette menu command to force the attributes of the class into the object). This solves the issue. You can do the same and if for any reason you do want to assign a pen style then you can still override the pen style in the viewport/graphic legend class settings. This should solve your issue for now while the bug is being fixed. Edited Saturday at 04:55 AM by markdd 1 Quote Link to comment
