Jake Wilson
So just a slight reality check in the world of entertainment hoists. Speaking as an ETCP certified rigger with a couple decades of experience, In the real world, when I change the "hook to hook geometry", AKA push the button on the motor control pendant, the hoist and the lower hook move. unless the hoist is inverted then only the lower hook should move. The high hook attached to the ceiling or temp rigging point should NEVER move. This is just basic common sense. Can we please fix the hoist tool to at least move as it would in the real world. Thank you 2 Quote Link to comment
