If you make a small section of batt insulation ( one or two parts) make that into a custom line type.

You can make a curved wall and set the fill to use a batt insulation tile.   If you want everything to look 2d, set the wall height to zero.  This will only work with arc curves.   curved batt insulation.vwx

It's worth being aware that custom line types have their limits - the way they bend/fit the geometry is not very sophisticated.
