When I 'undo', it wipes out entire recent changes.

Question

I've recently updated to Vectorworks 2025 and not only have I found it slower than my 2022 version, something is driving me mad I was hoping someone may be able to help.

Everytime I 'undo' (Command/Ctrl+Z), it just completely erases loads of recent changes I've made and usually jumps to another viewport even if I was in the design layer previously.
In my older versions, it was the opposite and super sensitive to Command/Ctrl+Z and actually only removed the last mouse action (i.e zoom in/out). I am sure there's some settings somewhere so I can change this?

Many thanks in advance.
