We are looking to build relationships with a few trusted freelancers.

We need ...

 

Architectural
Primarily to produce tender / construction packages - 2D but sometimes 3D ... which may include selections from the items below

General arrangement plans, incl space planning

Detailed building sections (1:25)

Detailed setting out plans (1:25)

Small power plans

Architectural lighting plans

Floor finishes

Electrical plans

Ceiling plans

Internal elevations, including true product CAD items, joinery elevations, small power etc

Joinery details (1:25 & 1:5)

Kitchen, bathroom and utility room details

Floor and wall buildup details

Schedules:

Finishes

Sanitaryware

Ironmongery

Lighting

Internal doors

Door & window schedules

Years of experience on UK-based projects

Vectorworks 2D proficiency on a scale of 1 to 5

Location (we are happy to work remote, but someone who can attend the occasional site meeting would have an advantage)

Hourly rate / day rate (UK £ Sterling / if you have an alternative charging structure, please feel free to add, but we would need an hourly rate as a benchmark)

Confirmation that you can work with a commercial copy of Vectorworks - not student or any other (please don't send serial numbers, just a save a file with a couple of random lines and attach it to your email)

Vectorworks 3D proficiency on a scale of 1 to 5
