Finder Icon Previews Missing?

VW has a problem with File Access when using Server drives on Mac.

(There is no problem with locally attached external drives like in my case)

Files are not always accessible as they are thinking they are already in use.

This has somehow to do with Finder Preview (!?)

At least in a way that files are accessible again once you deactivate Preview in Finder.

I heard, until the problem is really fixed, for now with SP2, VW would deactivate Finder Preview for VWX files. As Finder Preview for me is an important Feature, I was happy to see that I still have VWX Finder Preview thumbnails with SP2. But maybe VW checks for Servers and lets Finder Preview activated if everything is local (?).

Nevertheless I noticed that my Finder Preview does now no more offer large file Preview images when using Quick look by pressing SPACEBAR. So something definitely changed.

I’m getting Finder icon previews on my Mac. There might be a Mac setting hiding somewhere in the Privacy & Security section

UPDATE: When I checked and posted this I was running VW2024.  Ignore my report.  I checked after seeing this:
