Door dimensions problem

When manually creating door schedules we always use a standard UK door sizes and structural openings.  The desired outcome is:

Door leaf size = 926x2040mm

Structural opening = 1010x2100mm

I have my door styles set to Leaf Size and have set the standard leaf size correctly, however there doesn't appear to be a way to get the correct structural opening size if the leaf size is correct.  I am using the following dimensions:

width:         7 shim gap + 35 jamb + 926 leaf + 35 jamb + 7 shim gap = 1010mm width.  this is perfect.

height:       2040 leaf + 35 jamb + 7 shim gap = 2082mm.  this is not perfect and i want it to be 2100mm

Is there a way to increase the gap under the leaf by 18mm to raise the leaf and correctly display the structural opening?  Or can you increase just the top jamb dimensions?

Are you using VW2021 as per your signature? In VW2024 a 'Gap Below Leaf' parameter was added which will achieve exactly what you want.

but I suppose that means there is no way to achieve it in VW2021?

I think you could probably do it by including an 18mm thick Threshold + putting it in an invisible class... You can set the Threshold to just be under the leaf + if it's invisible it effectively becomes a gap under the leaf. Are these internal doors?
