Opened drawing but only the palettes appear on screen and not the drawing

Hi I have VW 2020 and all was well until yesterday 6/11/2024.  When I open a drawing only the palettes and tool sets appear on the screen but no drawing!! Grateful if anyone can help.

1. Restart the computer

2. Restart VW

 

If this does not solve the problem, can you post the file so we can try it on a different machine?
