VW crashed now Showcase does not work.

Had just gotten my first little rig of lighting devices going in showcase then vectorworks crashed. Now when entering the showcase after a restart and checking all the available settings none of the fixtures respond to data. sACN that is present on the network (local chamsys instance) & checked with sACN view is not making the lights dance. Can a specific network adaptor be set in VW for incomming sACN data? Does VW have a data viewer to check what data is being recieved, It was all working okay and now refuses to get going again.

Have you tried restting the DMX provider in the preferences?
There have been some issues where Showcase is not correctly detecting sACN and the DMX data provider dropdown needs to be reset. The dev team is working on a fix which should be available soon.
in the meantime open the Showcase preferences and change the provider to artnet hit ok to exit and then wait a minute or 2, before going back in and resetting it to sACN.

This should fix the issue by forcing Showcase to reinitialise sACN.
