David Gil Posted November 4 Share Posted November 4 Hi, I have purchased access to a Vectorworks Certification, and it is proving impossible to access. Is Vectorworks Customer Service always like this or just University Customer Service? I have paid the quote, sent the confirmation and received a link to access. So far so good. But when I click on the link it sends me back to request a quote, and so on in an infinite loop. The emails are answered after days.... I don't know what to do, I don't know if this is normal or just bad luck. Has anyone had a similar experience? Is this always the case even if it is Service Select? My local vendor provides me with top notch support, but University is Vectorworks directly and I am super surprised at how poorly it performs. Quote Link to comment
