hollister design Studio
I was wondering if there was a way to put these red lines on their own class so I could hide them. I was assuming they represented the edge modifiers, so I tried putting the 2D loci (in the extrude components editor) onto their own class (00-Curb edge modifiers) thinking that might control their visibility, but that wasn't the answer. Here's a file: Curb question 01.vwx Second question: I'm wondering why in the stock curbs the 2D loci determine both the X and Z offset of these red lines. But in my custom curb the 2D Loci seem to only determine the Z offset and the lines are stacked along the 0 X axis even tough the 2D loci are at the top back and bottom front edges of the curb. Tom W.
Re the first question see: Re the second question, it's a bit weird it's like this but where the 2D Loci are positioned only matters on the Y axis: you can place them wherever you want on the X axis, it won't make any difference. The position of the modifiers on the X axis is determined by the main component symbol/extrude: the edge modifiers will be the same width as the pad which is turn is the same width as the main component. 1 Quote Link to comment
