Title block border - bounding box moving on sheet

I'm creating my Title Block, and I set two Loci as the bounding box points, one in the bottom right hand corner, the other in the top left hand corner. But when I Exit to the sheet layer, the everything I've created has moved up and left on the sheet by about 2cm diagonally. I can't work out why it would move each time.

If you have the TBB set to Center on Page and you have added Loci then the dimensions are different and I would expect the TBB to move.

Thanks Pat, I managed to find a work around by removing the title block margins and setting them to 0, as it seemed it might have been those throwing it off, but I might be wrong. I will investigate the alignment as well now.

@Jack Wallington @Pat Stanford Even with the TBB Center on Page checked we have seen Published PDFs with the TBB slightly moved on some pages compared to others.

 

For the sake of uniformity (as our normal output is 11x17 page size) we select all the Sheet Layers in the Org Palette and set the Page Set Up to 11x17 - then set the Origin to 0, 0 (even if it looks like it is already 0,0.

 

This has given us a uniform (relatively) placement of the TBB in each PDF page.
