Sysmbol Weight

How can I add weight to my symbol? I made a baseplate and counterweight and converted them into a symbol, but now I want to add weights.

How do you want to use the weight? In Braceworks? Braceworks cannot calculate standing truss. But you can indeed add weight to the part in the truss record. And if you use that record to sum values it will indeed show.

Not for braceworks, it's for our graphic legend, usually we are showing the weight of each object. Same as the image attached.

Hi Regie,

All the data shown in worksheets and graphic legends is taken from the records attached to the symbols/objects. You can add an existing record or create a custom record with any info you wish to add for your custom symbol. Once you have the record, you can link the text from the record to be shown in your reports.
