Hi. I am an architect, long time Vectorworks user, with very low end skills. I have 50 years experience but mostly just write specs these days. 

 

I am designing a house from my adult son and am looking for someone who could draw plans and elevations and then if we can make this work zoning and financially, a set to build the house with.  the house would be fairly energy efficient bc I want to do that and because MA stretch code requires it.
