Updating my Vision license

Hello,

I've tried several ways to contact Vectorworks sales or my distributor with no succes, so I will try an open forum.

I need to grant acces to unlimited version of Vision. According to this post I believe VSS member should have the acces not to four universes, as I do now (Vision Plus), but to all possible parameters GMA3 Viz-Key is willing to unlock (250 000 parameters). It is vital to a project I'm working on, so please, reach out to me via message or e-mail.

Thank you, but no solution so far. I've reached out to my vendors' support phone line in the UK on Friday 11th October -  I was told by the person he needs to communicate my case internally VectorWorks-wise. Another call from me on monday 14th - still no news, promise made about pushing my case harder. Wednesday here - no news.

No, to the company I've bought first licence in 2020 and then signed for VSS through them.

Actually this is the phone number Cadventure company gave me, I considered it wrongly as their own sales department. My bad. This is the number I've been calling twice. I'm gonna send an e-mail to uksales also.

Thank you, new license key in use! (Now I've got troubletime with connecting to Vision, but it is gonna be a different story 🙂
