Rotate textures globaly

Most rendering programs include as a basic feature the capability to have the image mapping successively invert (reflect) in two directions so that the tiling of images of materials like brick and timber is a little less obvious. The joining of the material mapped images then becomes almost indistinguishable.

Any chance of having this in RenderWorks?

Add my vote to all of the above. Timber textures are a real pain.

Mike, there is a program called Texture Magic (Mac - ref VersionTracker) that creates tiled texture from bitmaps, although it works in a different way, by blending rather that reflecting to get smooth transitions. However, the suggestion you made would be handy.

Also, what about providing an option so that solid shaders can also produce a wrapped/image shader type texture?
