Better Replace Symbol dialogue

Hello,

 

Almost every time I need to replace a symbol I get this useless dialogue box that requires me to click the icon to access the resource manager. Why not just display the resource manager directly?

A Symbol or a Style, that is. For Symbols there are two different dialogue boxes showing depending on from where you accessed the command, but those options (keep records, replace class and so on) are few and should be easy to integrate into the Resource Manager, no? Or perhaps the prompt could come afterwards.
