Weird issue with releasing objects in a shared file

I'm running VW24. I'm having a weird release issue happening in .vwxw file. Every time I try to revert back to the .vwxp file nothing changes. It is saying I can't alter the objects because someone else has them checked out. The other person is me. I've tried to release them as well as have the adminstrator of the file release and even delete the objects and save and commit the changes. But when I open up the file its still shows up in my .vwxw file. I've attached some images of the errors I'm getting as well as all the objects that I think are effected. I also have an image of what the administrator objects are.

Only way we were able to figure out how to fix it was to have the admin save the file as a .vwx and then start a new project share based off of that file.
