ColleenC Posted September 23 Share Posted September 23 Hi VW Community. So I downloaded Enscape and have had an absolute terrible time trying to get through the Chaos licensing process. At any rate once the Chaos tech realized I was on a MAC this was the reply I got: "Unfortunately, this is a bug on our end, and so far, we haven't found a reliable workaround solution for MacOS. At this point, I am waiting for some possible solutions from our dev team, but it is possible that this might be fixed in the upcoming Enscape hotfix update. I will keep this ticket open and update as soon as I have more details or a workaround solution. Technical Support Specialist Chaos" I know the VW website has the Apple logo on the Partner Services, but getting this note back from Chaos is uber frustrating. Any workarounds that anyone has found? zoomer Posted September 23 Share Posted September 23 (edited) What I read on the Enscape Forum, Chaos Licensing System is terrible in itself, not just on Mac only and has no friends. I would even say from forum traffic on gallery section and overall contributions that they lost quite some interest and maybe even users. On the other hand, from my past VRAY for Modo experience, where Vlado, the (very capable) cofounder was active on the Modo Forums, when you just wrote a thought of a problem or feature, 2 days later it was implemented in the next nightly build. And there are some quite capable people at Chaos. So am quite I confident that, if there is a solution, Chaos will fix that ASAP. Also ask about your problem also on Enscape Forum, If there is any workaround already, Demian will guide you in the right direction. Edited September 23 by zoomer 2 Quote Link to comment

I upgraded to VW 2025 and after a long frustrating series of guesses, I finally got logged into it. Now, I am logged out again, and I can't remember what I did before. Enscape - FIX THIS!
