Service Select - Libraries - Perpetual Licences

Hello,

Today, while finalizing a project, I realized that I no longer have access to any symbol libraries. Upon investigation, I found that this is related to the expiration of my Service Select subscription.
 

I am a perpetual license user, and I expected access to symbols until the year corresponding to my license. However, I was surprised to find that I no longer have access to anything except for symbols I’ve used in previous projects.
 

Is the only way to access symbols to insert them into projects so that they become available manually?
This doesn't seem right to me. With a perpetual license, I would have expected to have access to symbols, at least up to the last year covered by the Service Select I paid for.
 

I would appreciate clarification on this matter, because right now I have a software worth thousands of euros that I cannot use, even with outdated symbols.

Are you still using VW2024? In VW2025, the Premium Libraries section has been removed and all of the content is now available in the Vectorworks libraries to all users.

Thank you for your reply, I am in 2024 yet.

From what I've gathered from my research, there are standard libraries and premium libraries...
From what I can see, I can't access any of them.
