Can a title block contain a data tag to retrieve data from a window?

Do you have a workflow/use case example in mind? You can obtain so many items via linked text fields inside the title block that it's almost like the title block is already a de facto data tag.

I think we tried this before and found the Data Tags don't work inside of Title Blocks. The graphics of the title block are basically copies of objects stored inside the Title Block Object so the Data Tag graphic that would be seen is not really a data tag and can't link to an object outside of the Title Block.

 

What are you really trying to do and maybe we can come up with a solution.

If the aim is to retrieve data from a Window can a Worksheet be included in a TBB...?

I’m trying to create a window list in a booklet form. 
Each page will contain the window’s graphic information, and the title block should contain other info like ID, glazing, shading and so on...
