I am seeing something similar. I can use the Visualiser for so long then it gets stuck on 'Queued' + doesn't come out of it. Only option is to close VW, reopen + start again. Until the next time...

There is a known bug where if the prompt has a \ in it that can cause recall to get stuck sometimes.  I remember we had a prompt I think from you where there was a umlaut or other character that showed this bug.

When stuck you may try right-clicking and choosing "reload" from the menu.  Vectorworks 2025 Update 2 doesn't require the Vectorworks Cloud Services desktop application to login the AI Visualiazer anymore.  If the network or login is lost during use the AI Visualizer could show this behavior.  We are working to reuse the existing Vectorworks signin from your main window which should help avoid these problems further.

I'm having the same issue. first time I tried the generate button just sits and spins saying 'Queued'.

I  tried multiple times and even slid the 'Creativity' slider down to single digits and nothing happens.  

 

I updated to latest version:  VW 2025 Update 4.  And now instead of the 'Queued' button it is stuck on 'Generating...0.1%' and just sits with what seems like nothing happening. 

 

Anybody have any advice?

Hello @Dan Menitoff Are you using a beta or NFR serial number or account?  We have been patching up cases where NFR users have non-functional AI Visualizer generate, because of mismatches in their serial and account for VSS/subscription. 

 

This feature requires subscription or VSS account, an alert box should show when using the Model/AI Visualizer menu item if that is the case, if you are getting into the UI then it thinks you do have subscription/VSS.

 

You might try signing out of Vectorworks with the upper-right signout option, and relaunch Vectorworks, signin again, then try the AI Visualizer.
