Leb
Hi I have had an issue with Vectorworks always crashing at random times, there is no pattern of why. Every time I try to use the app it crashes 5-10mins in. I have had this issue before and after reinstalling windows. Another odd thing is whenever the app crashes, it doesn't end all of its processes and uses a lot of my CPU and ram. I do have a crash log, but its extension (dmp) isn't allowed to be uploaded to the forum. 0 Jeremy Best
If some of Vectorworks' processes remain after such a crash, restart your PC to ensure this doesn't have a negative effect on Vectorworks after it is reopened. There are extremely few users on this forum who could make use of .dmp files are not likely to happen across your post, so reach out to your local Vectorworks distributor for technical support. They will pass such files on to engineers who can interpret them. Quote Link to comment
