How to show trailing zeros in dimensions?

How do I show trailing zeros in dimensions. I want all my dimensions to show the trailing 0's, as in the 30.903 dimension in the graphic, so I want the 40's to show 40.000

 

I do have preceision set to 0.001, but I can't find any setting to do this.

 

My dims are in the VP annotate space.

Units and Accuracy are in Document Settings:Units.  There is an option for Trailing Zeros.

Thanks Pat, at least it was something simple - there are so many places for settings in this program.
