Alex O.
Hello All! I am working on some previs for a client pitching GLP X4Bar 20's. However when I have the fixture emitting light it is a single point source originating from the center of the fixture. This fixture in reality is 20 pixels all emitting their own light. Is there a way to get this fixture to behave as such? This is fine for moving heads such as ERA800s and Vipers, but with multi instance fixtures like this it kind of ruins the look. Thanks in advance for the help! Hopefully its a silly setting I'm overlooking! Quote Link to comment

Vectorworks, Inc Employee JustinVH Posted August 2 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted August 2 Keep in mind that the more emitters you add the more it will slow down your file. This is why the libraries that ship with Vectorworks do not use multiple emitters. 2 Quote Link to comment

Vectorworks, Inc Employee JustinVH Posted August 2 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted August 2 The slow downs are more evident when rendering and navigating in Shaded with rendering on. There is some additional overhead but it is minimal. Quote Link to comment
