Losing Preferences

Recommended Posts

It sounds as if you have a corrupted Preferences file. Close VW. Delete the VW Preferences file. Then launch VW. The first time you launch it, you will be prompted to enter in your name, serial number, etc. Then quit the application and the Preferences file should be saved correctly. Go ahead and open the program again. The preferences should be saved.

If they are not, make sure you do not have multiple copies of the specific version of VW 9 and the alias you are using matches the correct instance of VW 9.x.
