update 6 not installing

Windows 11 Pro 23H2

 

When I click on the "user update controller" and say yes, the installer rectangle starts to appear, becoming a slightly translucent grey edged box... and then just disappears.

 

I can re-click as many times as I want, but it never gets beyond this point.

I restarted the computer a couple of times.  After the third restart is updated fine.

 

I've had a history of issues with updates not working on my workstation and have had many calls with service select

We haven't been able to figure out what's wrong, but you guys have consistently figured out some way to keep me up to date!

Im having the same issue , my windows 11 is up to date plus drivers.

vwx will not let the install happen , starts up then disappears please help
