import local .dll libary in the Script Editor

Within the Script Editor, I want to import a local .dll libary. 

I tried to set the correct folder location in Script Options- didn´t worked. I tried a workaround with ctypes- didn´t worked as well. 

Someone knows how to do that? I would really appreciate your help!
