drawingguy
I updated to Build 5 recently and continued working on a project. I've noticed that the cable flag text is much smaller then it was previously. How do I correct this? Thanks Quote Link to comment

drawingguy
@Nikolay Zhelyazkov, Apologies for the delay. I believe this was related to the grid spacing issue I posted about here I believe when I installed the latest update, it reset my grid/snap to 1/8" and then when I created a flag, it sized according to that grid spacing. Resetting that back to 1/4" matched the rest of my drawing. I'm hopeful that VW can disassociate the grid/snap settings with the sizing parameters of equipment symbols and flags. The grid should be a reference and not used for program calculations. That would be helpful to have as an additional parameter. Thanks 1 Quote Link to comment
avdoxa123
Struggling with this as well. My grid is set to the defaults, snap grid is 1/8" symmetrical and reference grid is 1/2". The space on my device blocks is 1/8", but by data terminal panels when building them in array mode are spaced at 1/2" apart. Quote Link to comment

Can you check if the same happens if you start from a new empty document or the CCAD Template? Quote Link to comment

How would I go about fixing it in my old document? - I had this posted somewhere in the forum, it goes something like this: 1) Locate all ConnectCAD internal symbols in the resource manager and delete them entirely 2) Then do Reset all PLugins menu command to reset all ConnectCAD objects, which will reimport their required symbols in the correct scale Make sure you do a backup save before you try this in case something goes wrong. If this does not help, you can PM me the file and I can try to fix it. Quote Link to comment
