someone please tell me

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone. I am using a translation tool, so the sentences may be strange. I'm currently using Vectorworks Spotlight 2024. I would like to attach an LED to the top surface of the object in this image, does anyone know how? I tried using the rotation tool, but I could only move it along the Z axis.

Any method is fine. I'll try anything if possible.

(Are the images posted well? This is my first time posting. I'm sorry if I can't post them. If so, I'll post them in the thread below.)

Thank you for reading this far.

without seeing what you want to achieve - the led screen tool is a hybrid object which can not be rotated in side views or be placed on surfaces that are rotated.

draw your led screen - switch to a 3d view - ungroup the led screen so that you get 3d elements. create a symbol of these elements.

now you can place the symbol on any surface that you want.
