Double Line Tool goofiness

Drawing double lines using Double Line Tool and for some reason it is making polygons.  I have the Preference set to Create Lines and nothing else.  I have the Double Line Polygon Tool set to Lines & Polygons.  Does that tool over-rule the regular Double Line tool?

@ddcpe I have tried to replicate this issue on my machines.  I tried what you suggested with having double lines set to just lines and setting the double polygon tool to lines and polygons to see if that overrides at all, but I have not been able to get the double lines to show up as polygons with any of those settings. Please submit a support request to the Technical Support Team through https://customers.vectorworks.net/support If you could provide a screen recording of the settings you are using while drawing a double line that results in a polygon would be great.
