Symbols are sized differently

Recommended Posts

I believe I figured it out, however looking for confirmation.

The "Device Builder" creates the spacing based on the grid/snap settings in combination with the "ConnectCAD Settings" connector spacing options.

If you change the grid/snap spacing mid project and then use Device Builder, the spacing of the new symbols will be based on the current grid/snap settings.

It may be helpful to disconnect the association between the grid/snap and the ConnectCAD device layout spacing so this doesn't happen in the future.

If this is not supposed to function this way, or if I solved my problem via the wrong method, please let me know.

- Thanks for the feedback. We are already working on separating the scaling from the snap grid so that such issues will not happen in the future.
