Rotate Print 180?

I would like an option to rotate the print 180? in the print dialog. Reason is that I can print 1/2 size prints on my 12X18 printer but the fat margin is on the wrong side.

Generally speaking, this is an option for printers rather than an option in the print settings controlled by the application.

I'm not saying it can't be done, but there are printers out there that allow for job rotation to save paper and do what you are doing. And it works in VW.
